Google Maps for iOS Hits 10 Million Downloads in First 48 Hours

On December 13, Google released its Google Maps app for iOS and of course, many people downloaded it like crazy, giving Google the satisfaction of being the leader on map services once again. The app got over 10 million downloads by iPhone users in the first 48 hours. It was a good decision from Apple to accept that their map app really sucks after all the people getting lost, ain’t no body got time for that!

Hello every one, I'm Jorge Blanket, a Hispanic guy, born in Texas, raised by a pack of wolves in Mexico City. I spend my free time, playing video games (mostly Halo or Nintendo's first parties), drawing, watching movies or TV series, reading novels and comics or just listening to music. I am a true Star Wars fan and I can't wait for the government to build the real death star. I hope you enjoy the site.
