CyanogenMod preparing for Jelly Bean and CM10
If you dont know what CyanogenMod is, the your missing out big time. CM is a aftermarket rom that is wildly popular, and supports a broad range of devices, whether it is offically supported devices by CM team, or unofficial ports. Theres no doubt the CyanogenMod is one of or the most popular ROM for android devices. To install CM you must have root, not all devices have a CM rom, but theres a pretty good chance your phone does.
The CM team has stated that all devices running CM9 will be able to run CM10, and once CM9 stable release is out, they will focus on CM7 (Gingerbread) and CM10 (Jelly Bean) mostly. The CM team is already starting work on CM9, despite the Jelly Bean AOSP code not being out yet. Right not they are planning what features they are going to take from CM9 and bring over to CM10. Are you excited for CM10? I know I am. Do you prefer AOKP roms? Let us know in the comment section below.
